Nudge can import contacts and deals from OnePageCRM (and optionally organizations). Use the import flow under Imports in the app and follow the OnePageCRM path.
Before you import
- Export contacts and deals (and organizations if you use them) from OnePageCRM in the format Nudge expects. Check the in-app import wizard for exact file requirements.
- Create at least one pipeline in Nudge with the stages you want (e.g. New, Proposal, Won, Lost). OnePageCRM pipeline and stage names will be mapped to your Nudge pipeline and stages during import.
Recommended mapping
- Contacts: Map first name, last name, and email(s). If OnePageCRM has organizations, map them to Nudge businesses and link contacts to businesses. Add any custom fields you care about if the import supports them.
- Deals: Map deal name, value, and stage. The import will match stages to your Nudge pipeline stages; you may need to choose which Nudge stage each OnePageCRM stage maps to. Link deals to contacts by email or name, and to the business or organization when available.
- Idempotency: Nudge stores source IDs so re-running the import does not create duplicates. It updates or skips already-imported rows. Use this to fix mapping and re-run safely.
Cleanup checklist after import
- Review the import report: Check created, merged, skipped, and errors. Fix any errors in the source or mapping and re-run if needed.
- Dedupe contacts: If the same person came in twice (e.g. different spellings), merge duplicates or remove the duplicate and attach their records to the correct contact.
- Attach deals to the right contacts and businesses: Make sure each deal has the correct contacts and business linked.
- Set deal owners: Assign owners to deals so the dashboard and task lists are accurate.
- Add missing emails: If some contacts are missing an email you use for the dropbox, add it so future emails match.
- Review pipelines and stages: Confirm deals landed in the right stages and move any that need adjusting.
