Can I add storage later?
Yes. You can add 1 GB of extra storage for $5/month at any time. Storage add-ons are stackable.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade from Base to Premium at any time (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Are private pipelines visible to admins?
No. Private pipelines are truly private. No other user β€” including workspace owners and admins β€” can see another user's private pipeline data.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Pay annually and save the equivalent of 2 months: Base $50/year (vs $60 monthly), Premium $200/year (vs $240 monthly). You can switch between monthly and annual at any time; changes apply at the next billing date.
How does the AI import work?
Upload a CSV or XLSX file (even multi-sheet workbooks). Our AI detects which columns are Businesses, Contacts, Deals, or Activities and suggests field mappings. You review a dry-run summary, approve the mapping, and import with one click. Includes dedupe/merge preview and full undo if anything looks wrong.
Can I create custom fields?
Yes β€” on Premium. You can create custom fields on Businesses, Contacts, and Deals with types like text, number, date, select, multi-select, URL, and more. Custom fields also appear in the import mapping screen, and the AI importer can propose new fields from your data (you approve). If you downgrade to Base, existing custom field values remain visible but read-only.
How does email logging work, and are there limits?
Each workspace gets a unique dropbox email address. CC or BCC it on outgoing emails and they're automatically logged against the right contact. The Base plan includes 100 inbound emails per month; Premium includes 1,000 per month. You can monitor your usage on the Usage page inside the app.
