Logging emails via the workspace dropbox

Every Nudge workspace has a dropbox email address. When you CC or BCC this address, Nudge ingests the email and attaches it to the right contact's activity timeline.

Your workspace address

The format is:

[workspace-slug]@nudgecrm.co

You can find your exact address in Settings under Workspace. It is also shown in the app when you are viewing activity.

How Nudge matches emails to contacts

Nudge matches incoming emails to contacts by email address. If the recipient (To) or any participant is a known contact email, Nudge attaches the thread to that contact and creates an activity entry.

If no match is found, Nudge creates an "Unmatched Email" item so you can manually attach it or create a new contact.

Best practices

  1. CC or BCC the workspace address on outbound sales or support emails so they are logged automatically.
  2. Keep your contacts' email addresses up to date so matching works reliably.
  3. Check Unmatched Emails periodically and attach or resolve as needed.
