These terms of use govern your access to and use of Nudge CRM, operated by Beta Acid, Inc. By using Nudge, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Nudge CRM only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to store or transmit malicious code, violate any applicable laws, or infringe on the rights of others.
Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each workspace is managed by its owner, who can invite and remove members. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Subscriptions & billing
Nudge CRM offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately. Premium-to-Base downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period. Additional seats and file storage add-ons are billed monthly at the rates on our pricing page, even when your base plan is annual. When you increase seats or storage, changes take effect immediately and your payment method is charged right away for a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period plus the new recurring monthly rate. When you decrease add-ons, unused time may be credited on a future invoice rather than refunded immediately. Promotion codes for add-ons must be entered before confirming a change and are subject to their stated terms. Manage payment methods and download receipts through your billing page or the Stripe Customer Portal.
Limitations of liability
Nudge CRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Beta Acid, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your workspace becomes read-only until the end of your billing period, after which data may be deleted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you use Nudge CRM as a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
