Here are common issues and what to try.
I cannot log in
- Google sign-in: Make sure you are using the same Google account you signed up with. Clear cookies or try an incognito window.
- Email and password: Use Forgot password to reset. Check your spam folder for the reset email.
Emails are not showing up in activity
- Confirm you are CC-ing or BCC-ing your workspace dropbox address:
[workspace-slug]@nudgecrm.co - Check Settings under Workspace for your exact address.
- If the email was sent to someone who is not a contact, Nudge may have created an Unmatched Email. Attach it manually from the activity area. See Resolving unmatched emails for details.
Import failed or came through partially
- Check the import report for errors. A row often fails due to an invalid value (e.g. a bad date or a missing required field).
- Fix the source data or adjust field mapping and re-run. Imports are idempotent; re-running will not create duplicates if source IDs are stored.
Checking your workspace details (for admins)
Your workspace slug appears in two places:
- The app URL when you are signed in
- Your workspace dropbox email address
Your dropbox address format is:
[your-workspace-slug]@nudgecrm.co
You can confirm the exact value in Settings under Workspace.
